Welcome to the Telehealth PT for Knee Pain video library. This series of videos is designed to compliment your telehealth coaching sessions at PT on Demand. You will consume at least 1 telehealth physical therapy coaching session a week. During this workout your PT on Demand PT or PTA will supervise your home program and progress you to the next level challenges as appropriate. You will use the videos in this video library to guide your self-care at home.

The videos in this library were designed to ensure you perform every exercises from healthy posture. Verbal cues are provided to ensure you perform the last 4 repetitions from healthy posture with proper mechanics. Do not perform home without without the audio guidance within your prescribed workout video. The objective of the program is to replace faulty movement patterns from collapsed posture with healthy movements from neutral spine alignment. This is only accomplished if you follow the program as prescribes and use the workout videos to guide your home program.
